Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the amount of work I have.

PAYMENT
Payment and tips are accepted through Ko-fi/Paypal. Do NOT send payment until I have confirmed that I have accepted your order.After the sketch is approved, client must pay full or a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid when the commission is finished. Refunds are issued only before the start of work on the order.

USAGE
1. The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, discuss with me first.2. I retain the right to upload the finished commission in my portfolio.3. Revisions are free of charge during the sketch stage, but there will be an additional fee if requested during or after the rendering process.4. I do not permit the use of my art for NFT or AI.
